Ramsgate

The client bought the property to do up and turn around to sell.  It was in a real state and was used as a student rental.  One of the rooms was painted black!

We refurbished the property and changed one of the bedrooms into a bathroom, as it was an awkward shape.  The client was very happy with the result.

The main feature in this property was to change the windows so they reflected the age of the property but in a modern colour.
