Cornwall

The client bought the property as a holiday let.  The property was out of date and needed refurbishing.  The kitchen was the only room that didn’t need re-doing as it was fairly new.

We worked with the client to make the lodge feel homely and colourful for potential guests, yet modern and practical.  The results were great, and the property was let out for around 40 weeks of the year, which was quite unusual for the area.
